Windows XP taskbar problem

My XP taskbar become like this after I try modded something and revert back. I guess it din’t revert back the setting and now the taskbar become like this. It used to be fully utilize the space until more and more windows opened. I don’t know want type what when searching google for help, because I don’t know how to explain it. Please help guys. Thanks in advanced.

1) Right-click on the taskbar to bring up the taskbar options in Windows XP. If there is a check mark next to “Lock the Taskbar,” click on that option to remove the check mark. Left-click anywhere else on the screen to get out of the taskbar options menu. Image
2) Move your taskbar by placing your mouse cursor near the top of the taskbar. When the cursor turns into a two-headed arrow, left-click the mouse and drag the cursor up. Image
3) after making the changes lock the taskbar

I tried your method but still can’t work it out. Image

My window tabs seems to shrink. Normal one is like picture below, where there is icon followed by Microsoft Word…., mine is firefox icon, then should be followed by Problem loading …., but only ‘P’ showed.

maybe try right click at bottom of page go to toolbars and uncheck quick launch

Still no luck… I think it’s related to the registry setting there, but I don’t know how.

delete “MinWidth”
google “taskbar MinWidth xp” for more
