Windows xp Performance Edition

I installed WIN xp perf. ed. on my main PC.
It works fine. everythings perfect..
so i decided to install it on my Emachine PC and now its saying i dont have an internet driver or something like that. i re-formatted the emachine twice w/ the performance edition and its still not working..
what could be wrong

You need to get the driver for your network adapter. Try using ‘Driver Magician’ to check for updates.

k im downloading Nero now bc i cant connect to the internet w/ my other PC which is right next to me. i have a DVD-Rewritable disc ima put the driver magician on it. Than find out what i need. go back to my other PC And burn those drivers to it =D i hope it will work…

i re-formatted again with the Emachines disc and the drivers still dont work.
Wheni try to open internet explorer, it beeps. and when i go to a website…it beeps and something pops up saying: “internet explorer could not open the search page”
so sad right now…
The drivers with the yellow ?! in my device manager are:
Multimedia Audio Controller.
Other PCI Bridge Device
PCI Simple Communications Controller
SM Bus Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compatable)
