Windows xp booting problem :(

My windows xp crashes as show in the video. It hard drive is still recognisable in the bios. i’ve checked the mother board and ram cpu and gpu cant see any signs of frying.

Can’t see anything in the video, maybe you can explain what is happening and someone will help you…

Did you leave anything in DVD/CD Tray, What was the last soft ware you installed?

Last software was blackberry, also last thing I did was scan the pc with spybot which required a restart

I can’t see Windows crashing in the video either ??
All I see is it POST and the vid stops.
Have you tried to see if it will boot into safe mode, or last known good config – keep tapping F8 when booting

update –
i removed the hard drive and tried it in my other pc it booted however got stuck on the windows loading screen dont know if this has anything to do with dell.
the power unit wont even power up now, dont know whether to buy a hd and a power unit.
