Windows experience index Decreased

My windows experience index was 4.2. I just updated my Video drivers to the latest version and now wei decreased to 3.0.. I have not experienced any performance issues until now and all my games are working as usual.. Why has the score decreased?? Any idea??… Should i roll back to the prev drivers??

Did you run a driver cleaning program to make sure the previous drivers were completely removed before installing the new ones?

Don’t worry about it. I’ve never trusted window’s ability to check how strong your computer is. I wouldn’t be surprised if the reason your index went down is how the driver was designed. As for the driver cleaning program, its not necessary. All they do is remove the roll back version of the driver you had before. Ie the backup incase your newer driver crashed.

Exactly.. I’ve not experienced even a little performance drop.. Everything just works like before.. so i dont need a rollback???

Nah… Id keep the newer one. Usually newer ones have new features/bug fixes.
