Every time I boot up my windows 8 WCP it crashes once before I can properly boot up, so how would I fix it? (Didn’t happen on WDP)

Wait for PROPER RELEASE! At least for RC!
Answer #2
Did you just upgrade or reinstall? If you upgraded then i would reccomend a clean install
Answer #3
I would recommend sticking with Windows 7 until a proper STABLE version is released.
Answer #4
I did do a clean install, and I’m uncomfortable with Windows 7 now.
Answer #5
windows 8 is new enough to not have many help topics about it , try reinstalling win 8 – if it still does it , well thats why its in development stage still , no one will have any answers or at least the one you are looking for
and as for you being uncomfortable with windows 7 , how on earth are you comfortable with windows 8 lol , there is nothing good about it for 99.9% of the population yet , are you a developer ?
there is no point in going to windows 8 , its going to expire in 9ish months anyway , win 8 suits tablets more than desktops at the moment , yes i do use it on my desktop ( dual boot with vista ( dont laugh lol ) , ive got a new gigabyte z68 mobo and very few drivers , yes this will change , but by the time it has your operating system will be defunct and useless as it has expired so you will need to do a clean install again so once again whats the point ?
if your looking for help on windows 8 here at wbb , i would suggest not to use windows 8 and stick with xp as you are uncomfortable with windows 7 ( avoid vista at all costs lol )
there are plenty of windows 8 forums on the net
