Windows 8 Office 2010 help

I am trying to install office 2010 on my windows 8 pc
but it is giving me a error
Error 1310: Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14\Office Setup Controller\OneNote.en-us\OneNoteMUI.XML. Verify that you have access to that directory
the error keeps on changing!!
some times its for one note or for power point or for word….
The thing is that I am a admin user still it is giving me this error & I am also selecting the run as admin option

Any reason for not using 2013 the online services are vastly improved and we have a kms host key for easy activation
