windows 7 installer could not be opened or unistall all the same … please help me… Thanks a lot

I have the same problem and I can’t find a solution anywhere apart from formatting the PC! Tried to download Windows Installer but I kept getting an error during the installation…
Formatting will be a major problem as it is my work PC and it has over 5 years of data, settings and programs on it!!
Doesn’t anyone have a solution to this??

i am not sure but try After Turn to off UAC…

I never have it active on any of my PCs…It just gets on my nerves…
