In order to change the display language in my windows 7 Ultimate , I need to use Windows update and there is always a problem occuring whenever I start updating so I was hoping if there ‘s a package I can download and install it manually. I thought of this when I saw a “browse” button when you want to install a new language . Thank you for your time I hope i gave you everything you need to make it easier for you.
