Windows 7 can’t run startups and apps anymore after some…

Below are the points of the problem I’m currently having:

– It happend all of a sudden after I ran Malaware cleaning, panda activescan then I uninstalled the panda activescan.

– The windows can’t run startup programs and apps anymore including task manager, system restore, games, etc

– I’m asked to select a progam everytime I try to run an app or anything like task manager

– Some of the app’s icon turn white/ into blank white squares

– Whenever I try to do a system restore using either my genuine installation dvd / thumb drive, I get this:

– startup repair doesn’t help.

– it sucks big time cuz tomorrow morning is the deadline of my college project.

Try something like Winternals, some disc you use to start and which allows you to access any data. Then copy your project to usb stick.
By now there are other programs than Winternals, i dont know any of them. With Winternals you could also repair your system.

It happened for me once!!
when i used registry cleaner!!
I cudnt open even my computer it opened tat window to select a program..
then i found tat all the registry files r gone or corrupted..
But datas r safe!!
I guess u have same problem..all ur registry files r deleted!!
u cant open anything without proper registry..
I had re installed os to fix tat [ evn repair ur os might help]!!
I hope someone else have a simple fix!!
