Answer #1
go to steam, right click game and go to properties, add -windowed to set launch options and see if that fixes your problems
Answer #2
You can also add other Launch Options via the right-click menu whie viewing the Steam Library, also. EDIT: When searching the forums or the support areas (even steampowered.com SUF) (Steam User Forums, not the group,) make sure you use terminology like commandline. It’s really NOT commandline but that’s sometimes the term that they group a lot of Launch Options together. Rockstar Games does, at least.
I’m struggling to remember, here, but if memory serves… I think Windows 10 “favors” GTA installations (all versions) when done on another non-system Partition. No clue why, but I”ve heard this consistently. I’m not sure if it pertains to your version, though, Im’ only running IV and V on 7 x64. Not that brave yet Windows 10, what not
If you still have trouble after trying the basic solutions, make sure you say something here, because some of us are major gamers who know peopel who can help, even if we can’t ourselves. Please also reply and state your solution once you get it working!
