Far Cry 2 problem! Full screen lag, Windowed doesn’t

As the title explains. I can play FC2 at Ultra High in windowed mode, but it’s rather small windowed mode . but when I hit alt+enter the game freaks out and lags really really bad. The weird thing is that I played a few hours ago with no problems and now it lags…
Please HELP!

Umm.. Simple, but it works most of the time, Restart your computer. After doing lots of stuff ram gets used, and restarting your PC free’s up RAM. Also Overclock your GPU if you can. Use RivaTuner to do that *google*

haha that’s funny, I restarted my computer and that’s when it happened
Anyway I recently installed hotfixes from ATI, maybe that’s the problem?

The ATI Farcry2 hotfix is a huge bug for the game, it miss rendered and skips textures. Best to uninstall it.

check your video options. (turn vsync/blur off/adjust res)
check game website and verify your video card is supported.
check to make sure you have enough system/video memory to handle it.

I’ll deleete but uhmm how? I can’t find the fix…
