[SOLVED]Forcing a game to run without full screen

I want to alt tab out of the game a lot and be able to see something else without having to alt tab. So i was wondering if there was a way to force the window to be not maxamized or ‘restored’.

games often use after the “shortcut.exe” -w
“shortcut.exe” -window
to make it run into windows mode
Right click on the game shortcut.
Select ‘properties’
In the target box you’ll see something like
“C:\proigram files\game\game.exe”
add -w, or -windows after target
if it doesn’t work google the name of the game “name command lines”

i found a program called 3d analyzer, forces it to run in a window instead of full screen. Thanks for your help. Solved.
