win 7 64 bit updates

i m a little confused about win 7 64 bit updates,i m running win 7 ultimate 64 bits with service pack1,can u download all updates after service pack one separately?thanks to all

Set Updates so it tells you of updates but does not install them automatically..
Then click on updates and it will tell you what is available…You can then tick the ones you want and press OK..
Personally I do all the important and recommended ones and look through the optional ones..
Have to be careful there…Or could end up with 100 Bing Toolbars
