Which webhosting? (Europe: Belgium)

I’m taking my first steps in to the wondrous world of php. For the course I’m taking we’ll eventually have to get our own website. I’ve been looking around and there were a couple that caught my eye; One.com, Versio, Deziweb, Antagonist. For the moment I think I’ll be making my choice out of those, but since I still have some time before I have to decide I thought of asking guys with probably far more experience for some advice.
Are there any host you suggest, preferably local (Belgium – Holland) that has good deals for a starters pack (domainname, php, mysql, etc)?

yup, got my own server there. They maintain the server hardware etc, i’m doing the hosting setups, domain registrars etc
the best servers I’m aware of, are at EuroVPS.com
they have datacenters in the most important places around Europe. Their servers are sooo fast!

About that EuroVPS.com, I’ve checked it out and it seems it aims for a heavier crew than what I’m doing atm. I think that for the things I need atm, I can find cheaper alternatives. Anyways, thanks for tip , I’ll keep it in mind though!
So does deziweb, their servers are located in one of the best data centers of europe (actual location is Groninen, NL ISO27001 certified)
