Which PSP Media Converter do u use Generally ?

I tried some of the Encoders, but one Crops the video from four sides and Picture becomes less.
And the other one Makes a Video of 2GB from 700MB.
All look Idiotic.
If u are a PSP champ and using any Good Converter for Movies.
Just name it here, ill try my level best to get it.
This would also be useful to many of the PSP users for better movie experience.

Qualty is fine, and has multy threaded cpu support, And does not only do psp encoding. I Actually own a legit copy of it!
