Honestly, I would choose Samsung, but I’m biased that way, it really is your choice, see if you can find them in real life and try to compare the quality yourself.

Yes, Samsung are all rounders Acer are more known for there pc monitors but with 100000000:1 contrast ratio how would it appear its tempting.. and 5000000:1 is that more than enough ?

Both are fine as they are fairly cheap monitors.
