Where to buy a ps3 jailbreak device?

So I’m wondering which ones are legit? For anyone who’s bought one, where did you get it? Can you even buy one anymore or do you have to download the files and put it on a special usb/iphone or whatever?
Also I’m looking for ones that support backup manager. That’s really all I want, for the moment anyway. Thanks.
