Where do you find Free Proxies for FreeGate & Ultra-Surf

I’ve been using Freegate & Ultra Surf to sign up to deviantART.com, but it has my IP temporarily blocked.
Please tell me if you have any advice for people looking for proxies to use with programs such as Freegate & Ultra Surf (they’re both known to bypass China Gov. Firewall).
I need to be taught how to & where to find proxies (including ports) that can be entered in the “Proxy Settings” section of each of those programs, as well as Firefox 3’s network-settings section.
Is this a reliable website to find free Proxies & Ports?

The regular proxy-sites like the 1st address mention on that forum-thread you directed me to find do not work well on deviantART, which isn’t allowing me to sign-up for an account, at the moment.
