[SOLVED]Where can i download the plugin needed to surf in TF2 ?

I made my own server and i am new to this whole thing, i’ve made a surf_greatriver server but the problem is i can’t surf since i don’t have the plugin, where can i find them ?
Btw, i have MetaMod and SourceMod installed, but i’m having trouble with the sm_cvar command.
Edit: Sovled it by typing “sm_cvar sv_airaccelerate 150” in the server console.
