Whats the difference between repack, reloaded and unlocked?

The Repack is smaller than the full versions. Most of the times other languages besides English are removed.
Reloaded is a release and group.

Not always…..if things like mods/additional content are added it can be larger then…..
But it can be smaller, it all depends what “program” was used for repack…..
At the end it also depends on user – will he download already created repack (limited bandwidth) or will he created his own repack…
Also, as has mentioned “Reloaded is a release and group”.
I will just add that “Unlocked” is the version where you just extract files&folders from rar files, where usually Reloaded pack game files&folders into setup file/installation……

I think that is right about “Unlocked” thing, but usually as I said, they are packed in .rar files from where you extract them…..

Repack can be a umber of things: Repacked smaller (stronger compression), repacked so that games and DLC is all in one, etc.
Reloaded is a release group.
Unlocked (I might be wrong here) – to me, this means something like steam locked files that have been decrypted.

REPACK
Any lossy compressed game ,generally packed in an installer that has been released by the scene (pirate groups). The main aim is to reduce size with not much loss of quality.
The followings are generally compressed (lossy / lossless)
- Textures
- Sound
- Videos
Multi language support is stripped to reduce size similar to full rips but with installers, as with ripped games installation takes more time due to decompression/unpacking. Repacked games run without an installation disk, but you have to decompress the game then mount or burn the .ISO (disk image) to be able to install.

RELOADED
It�s the name of the person/group that cracked/ripped/pirated it. They add their name as a tag on the end of the game, to tell people it�s their �work�.
UNLOCKED
Steam Unlocked is basically the Steam client except it is modified to allow users to acquire all of the games that Steam offers for free. It works for Windows XP, Vista, 7 and currently does not support Mac or Linux.
Basically These are pirated Steam games. You need to download the game and extract it, paste crack{when available} and play.
