What’s it called and how do you make it?

I’m planning on releasing some stuff soon, but I need to find how you call them big logo’s or texts made in wordpad stuff and how you make it, and example:

WHat’s that kind of stuff called so I can google it instead of bothering you?
Or how or where do you generate something like it?
