It’s some device to change the next slide in Powerpoint.
I need it for some presentations @ school

I use a Kensington Si600 in presentations, it just has a basic next/previous/play/stop slide buttons and a built in laser so you can easily point out any important parts as you’re talking:

There are several Java based apps for most phones that can control Powerpoint and Winamp, stuff like that, over Bluetooth and WiFi. I think you could use a media remote to do the job as well.

If you have a smartphone (Symbian, iOS, Android) you can do the same with your phone via bluetooth connection.
