What is the meaning of DVD5(untouched)

DVD9 = Dual Layer DDVD-r
untouched = Unmodified

and what does scene untouched dvd5 releases means ?
cuz dvd of a movie is always released in a dvd9 if i am not worng and then ripped using cce pass to dvdr

It means the original movie fit on a DVD5, so they did not have to re-encode it or anything.
