What is an Untouched ISO?

January 24th, 2014

can anyone tell me what is an Untouched ISO???
from where and how am i gonna get this????
please mention it in details…

Answer #1
It is an exact copy of a cd/dvd – ie. exactly the same as the original (nothing added/removed).
It will more than likely refer to an OS disc, eg Windows XP/Vista/Win7
You will get these on this forum, just read topic descriptions

*EDIT – sorry double post
Answer #3
UNTOUCHED = Nothing was changed…
ISO = Image file
SO, for example, Windows 7 Untouched ISO is exact SAME copy of ORIGINAL Windows 7 DVD
Answer #4
Yup, also applies to DVD/Bluray movies/games and anything out there, untouched dvd movie means that nothing has been ripped/re-encoded thus maintaining maximum quality.
I always prefer untouched over custom modified because u never know what has been added in the iso especially when it comes to software’s and OS
Answer #5
It is so you know a person never put things like viruses into an iso, like an operating system. If the sha1 number is the same as source, 99.99% sure that it is untouched iso. You really should not touch an iso for os without it being untouched, also same for virus software.

What you need to do is goto technet download site and get the sha1 number for the iso you need.
Do not ever install operating system unless it is untouched, as there is plenty of things people can put in them.

In xp, if your using oem key you cannot put that into this iso, its a retail disk version of xp. Is your key retail, or oem key for xp?
To get the above retail iso, just put the sha1 number into google, or maybe here on warezbb, and you should find downloads for it. After downloading you need to check the sha1 of the file to make sure it matches, and your good to go.

Be careful of anything that says it’s untouched …… if it has anything else in it (a crack for example) then it’s not untouched although some people post it as such. It should always be exact same as what the manufacturer released to be called untouched …. as someone has said, nothing added, nothing taken away.

SP3 included the licensing of all the versions together on a single disc (oem , retail, volume)
my sig has a volume sp3 september updates already slipstreamed into it so you would be set to go, minus drivers , which are also in sig. =)
this is the same image i use at work (just diff key).
cheers,
bb
