What is the best value for Wifi Fragment threshold

I am using 2Mbps line from ISP. I searched google but can’t found the optimum value for it, and I don’t know what it means either.
Can someone recommend me the best value for it? I would like to speed up the internet speed if possible. Thanks.
Use defaults dude… The connection values will not speed up by configuring wifi. Wifi network is way faster that your ISP connection. So your ISP connection is the thing that is dictating the limit of your connection.
