Hi
Choosing a web host is actually quite simple. But before comparing hosting companies and all the details, you need to first establish your requirements.
Now you mentioned a couple already. You want your website to load fast; have support for your web apps such as WordPress; and be assured that any technical issue you may encounter will be resolved. Sound about right?
Ok great. Now you need to look at your existing hosting plan and ask yourself whether the amount you’re currently paying is acceptable. Moreover, you should also consider whether the notion of paying a little more is feasible. Paying just a few extra bucks per month with the right host will ensure a much smoother experience in the long-term.
Another important factor you should consider is server location. Where your website is actually stored, and the facility managing it, will determine both the download and upload rate for you, and your users. Most people want their website to load fast for them without acknowledging their users. In some cases, you can get away with it if the website is a basic HTML site. However when your site is running multiple systems and requiring the user to download so many things simultaneously, speed can be integral part in deciding whether your user will stay, or leave.
Now aside from server location and budget, is there any other specific requirements you have before we decide on what features you should be looking for in a host? Please note this question is about illustrating what YOU need/want to perform whatever functions necessary, and ultimately to be satisfied with this new service.
If you do, then write them up. Otherwise, I can proceed with helping you find the right host.

Arvixe tend to be more developer friendly. The other too tend to cost a little more and have much simpler interface from what I remember(it has been years). I can tell you with a first person account that Arvixe and Bluehost were fast and have a nice support. I haven’t tried godaddy but I heard good things about it. Like previously mentioned, if you tell us a bit more about what is your planned use we can direct you to the most suitable host…
