virus TR/Trash.Gen trojan

..Do u guys know any solution how to remove it ?
boot pc in safe mode then run fun scan in malware bytes
Go into safe mode an scan ur computer that way and see if it will totally get rid of it. Dont forget to update malwarebytes before u scan so it picks up the most resent viruses. I just caught my first virus last week an It was a pretty bad one. Everytime I would click on ANYTHING even ctl,alt,del a popup would come up asking me to install a “windows program” so I had to go into safe mode an clean it and then it worked. If all else fails u could roll back to a previous restore point and go from there. Hope this helps.
