I need help installing MODS/HACKS through FTP to the forum [ new to it ]
and
Installing new skins

ey bro enter admin > Plugins & Products > [Add/Import Product] EITHER upload the XML file from your computer > Examinar Search Mod or hack import ready

and
will 3.6.7 skins work with the 3.6.8 version?

For the first part of question …
If it is a product you have to upload it through the Product manager
some hacks needs some files to be put on server .. see if there is a file named ” Upload ” copy it’s contents and paste it in your Vb Folder on server
