Using autoplay to install

I used JDownloader to download the file and I open up my directory and go into the WinRAR file, but the installation instructions require me to do this:
"# Burn / Mount the ISO & install with Autoplay.  Notice that you must use Autoplay! If you can't use Autoplay navigate yourself to the folder (e.g drive J where the .ISO is mounted) and run setup.bat" How do I open it with autoplay?

If you mount it with daemon tools or something similar it will automatically run autoplay.

Install this.

Once you’ve installed it open it up and right click the drive under virtual cd/dvd drives and click mount, then find the ISO and then the installer should run automatically.
