User friendly program to enhance background noise

Any/ all help would be appreciated. I have a conversation recorded with my cellphone, where I am providing very clear information to someone (and them back to me). Unfortunately, there is a much louder conversation going on at the same time, so my conversation is very faint (my sister was holding phone and talking at same time). Is there a program (that doesn’t require a Phd in Sound Technology lol) that is user friendly where I can either isolate or enhance the volume of the background conversation. Thanks in advance!
PS – no worries the recordings are perfectly legal/ authorized. I just will not have an opportunity to recreate the conversation /scenario.
