You’re wasting your time with this!
Generally speaking, It’s only possible to upgrade the video card in a laptop if it’s discrete (Which is not the case here!)
And also, Even in those cases, It’s not a walk in the park as the card is usually soldered into the motherboard and requires special skills in order to replace. If you truly need a gaming-grade laptop, Then you should buy one! If however you don’t need the portability in this regards, Then you’d be better off going with a desktop (Which will allow you to buy better parts as well as save money!) Also, I’ve noticed you mentioned that you wanna upgrade it just because it has 256MB of ram, A common misconception a lot of people have is that there’s a correlation between the amount of memory a video card has to it’s gaming performance, When in fact there is no such correlation!
It’s all about the strength of the card itself really (Or it’s GPU to be more exact) so what I’m saying is, Even if your onboard card had 1GB, it would still suck just the same!

There are so-called GPU upgrade-able notebooks/laptops, mostly from high-end vendors like Alienware (read expensive). The issue is still availability of actual devices and being locked into a very small set of choices which can be used.
Most consumer laptops simply have the GPU integrated into the motherboard and there is nothing you can do to upgrade them.
