Win XP SP3
Any way to solve this?

Specs are fine, make sure you have no anti-virus running when playing or any other programs, make sure you update all drivers, make sure your computer has good air circulation.
Answer #2
your firewall may be blocking the programs access

A firewall is software used to monitor connections via your computer and the internet ;> Nothing else, windows defender is an anti-spyware program…

good point^_^
but if it was just a rip of the game off of the CD and they provided a key it wouldn’t be blocked….
also maybe he bought it ( something i would never do but any way)
if it was precracked then it should have been disabled so that it would not update
sorry if this convo gets out of hand im actually enjoying this convo
its the first time in a while that ive had to actually think about solving a problem on the pc =3

I’ve blocked TS3.exe from all internet access. Is it good enough? Will try to update all drivers, unplug internet, disable firewall and run speedfan and look at the tempeture regular when i play next time.
