Sims 3 reloaded and Sims 3 Razor1911 final

hi, i downloaded the sims 3 reloaded version when it first came out, it works perfectly fine and everything, but now razor1911 has released the final version.
whats the difference?
is there any need to download the final version? as i have a capped data of only 10gb per month (crappy i know)
also, will i be able to install custom items/stuff and future expansion and stuff packs when they come out on the reloaded version? or do they only install on the razor1911 final version?

I’ve been using reloaded version (0.0.0.11190) (got it before Razer’s release) but I haven’t had any problems at all, don’t know about the missing content since I don’t know what should be there. Razer1911
it adds a ton of items missing from reloaded's BETA release. Fixes a lot of bugs (I had 3 MAJOR bugs since playing so far) and things like fire/dying are missing from reloaded version. I also read you get the second town using EA downloader for free using this version too. Meaning custom content will not work most likely on Reloaded's version but its too early to confirm.
