The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)

Hi,
I have Windows XP SP3 installed with Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4, but when i open Office 2010 Toolkit to activate MS Office 2010 then i am getting this error “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)”
I have formated my pc but still i am still facing this problem.
Please anyone help me with this error

Office 2010 won’t open itself?

I have Windows XP SP3, i did follow all the steps and even formated my PC, still getting same error,
i have installed .NET from 1 to 4. Is there any software, which can fix this problem??

You could use an alternative suite like libreoffice. It’s the same thing really.

if you re-installed i’d just go with Windows 7. why stay with XP?
Also, you could try office 2013. Or is it not what you want?
Did you try other versions of the toolkit?
Are you sure that your AV system is not ‘touching’ the file or limiting it?
Are you running with an admin account?

See below the problem i am facing, i had used dependencywalker

Now i don;t know how to fix this error, i have formated my pc, run Advanced Driver Updater, Dll fixer, but still i am facing this error “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)” when i open 2010 Toolkit to activate MS Office
