system slow
August 5th, 2016
my mb is d 945 processor is pentium d 2.66 ghz speed
yesterday my frd take my pc to a shop for changing mb intel 31 PR
but my processor does not support it.
before that my sys is fast but after they re assemble
my sys freezes if an event occur for example if a frd call me in yahoo msger means sys freezes. i hope those bloody fellows changed my processor so only my sys gets fault. i doubt so… is it true, why my sys freezes, is it ram problem or processor ???
then u should go and complaint and get back ur previous parts!
but iam not sure, how can i conform….
to get things straight, did they changed your cpu & motherboard or didn’t they? if they didn’t:
-make sure all your ram is recognized. if you’re using dual channel ram & only 1 stick is recognized it’ll be only half the speed & half the size, which would slow down your system quite a lot.
-check that all your drivers/hardware is recognized, when they put it back together some hardware might be seen as a new/other device or can be missing.
-was your system overclocked?
-what are your cpu temps? if the cpu is place incorrectly it might give problems(though this only happens at very high temps).
try installing cpuZ & post a screenie from all the tabs plz.

better way take ur sys and go to shop and try there then he cant make u fool!
