Steam question

I have steam with a few games, is it possible to convert one of those games to another account, for a give away?

I think you can trade games, but there is a 10$ processing fee for steam to move the ownership from one account to another.
That's probably a question best asked in the Steam forums unless someone
here knows the definite answer. I believe it could be done but there
was an admin fee for transferring ownership

Yes..there is an option in the gift option that allow you to transfer some of the games to another account….Not all the games are included tho..

You have the option to gift the game at the moment of purchase. You can’t gift a game that you already have.
