Sony Vegas Installation problem.

So when I try to install sony vegas it gets up to this point below and then it shows this error.

it does that for about 5 or 6 different dll’s in the audio folder. if i click ignore on all of them the setup finishes and when I start vegas I get this.

any help would be appreciated. and yes I have tried reinstalling multiple times, have downloaded multiple copies and all the same error.
