[Help] – Sony Vegas Plugins

Hey guys, I just DLed Sony Vegas 9 Plat. last nite along with the plugins. I installed a few plugins, but when I opend sony vegas, and went to “Media Generation” tab, it says no plugins. So now my question is:
1) Do I have to install it to a certain folder? If so which one?
2) If I dont need to install to certain folder, then how do I use them?
EDIT: The SpiceMASTER plugin seems to be working, under Transition and Video FX. But Bullet Impact doesnt seem to work. (Theres only SpiceMASTER under two sections like i mentioned above, should there be more?)
