Sonic Generations Help?

I downloaded Sonic Generations from this site, but I am not able to run it. I need to run the Configuration Tools option, but for some reason, my laptop will not even open up the program in question! Here are the (relevant) specs for my laptop:
Intel Celeron CPU (2.00 GHz)
2 GB RAM (1.74 GB usable)
64-bit Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium
If anyone can help me try to get this program to run, I would appreciate it.

You of course didn’t say about graphic card.
You of course did tried running Configuration tool as ADMIN…….

I tried running Configuration Tools as an ADMINISTRATOR, but it STILL would not open up. It is likely that the “videocard” is built into the systemboard. I have Windows 7 installed on my laptop. Do I need to possibly run it in Compatibility mode to get it to work, or do I need to download any additional software to get this game to work?
Here is the model for my Laptop:
Acer ASPIRE 4339-2618
How do I find the video card, if there is one?

As i know people having this problem with Configuration tool on laptop…
The best will be to see does your PC require minimum requirements, BUT I THINK THAT YOUR GRAPHIC CARD IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH – AND BECAUSE OF THAT CT WANT OPEN, you can check here:

EDIT: Out of 7 items, my laptop failed 3 of them:
1) Insufficient processor speed
2) Insufficient RAM
3) Insufficient Video Card

NO PROBLEM AT ALL – ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP, my PC pass all for minimum – but only for a little……
