Some internet problems…

I am having some trouble, and maybe somebody here knows something about it.
I have a wireless Netgear USB Internet adapter, with a Rangemax Router.
The blizzard downloader (Used to download WoW ) (or mist P2P Programs) will download a few KB to a megabyte, then crash my internet. Is it a problem in the router? Do I need to port forward? I don’t think I can do that on mine.

how do you meen ‘crash my internet’ as in, does the speed suddenly drop off, does your internet disconnect, what?
My internet just flat out disconnects. Then I have to re attach the USB internet adapter. Sorry I wasn’t more specific
could be your ISP getting evil over P2P, or it could be bad hardware
if you can get hold of alternate hardware (borrow from a friend/neighbor?) try it with that
if not, (or if it still happens with other hardware) phone up your ISP and ask if they throttle/disconnect on P2P
(alternate course of action: phone up your ISP and be as annoying as possible until they send someone to sort it out )
