Vista Internet Problems

Ok, so here’s the problem – I’m running Vista Home Premium, IE7 (and Firefox), and TrendMicro Internet Security/Antivirus 2009. I’m also using a Linksys wireless USB adapter to connect to my wireless network here at home.
Everything was working fine before I left for memorial day weekend, then I get back, and Vista says I have internet connectivity and finds no problems when I diagnose the connection. However, Yahoo Messenger, IE, Firefox, Outlook, NOTHING can get outside data. I can see the other computers on the network just fine, but I can’t get outside the network.
I’ve tried resetting the adapter manually and through the Network and Sharing Center. I’ve also tried manually resetting the IP settings for the network, still with no avail. My sister left my computer on all weekend with no one logged on. I’m wondering if Trend Micro downloaded an update that made everything go nuts, or Windows Update, or something of that nature.
I’ve had this problem before, about a year ago, and I can’t for the life of me remember how I fixed it. Hell, it may have been reformatting the hard drive. Either way, I really need to get this going because it’s my work computer and walking across the house with a flash drive 8 times a day is getting old. If ANYONE has any ideas on what to try, what might have caused it, ANYTHING, please let me know.

Give Your Service Provider A Call Maybe They Can Guide You In Fixing It!!!!

Ok… it’s very confused problem, I know vista things, because I’m a comp. eng. =)
lol, try these; step-by-step;
1> Uninstall “Trend Micro…” and restart your computer, then try to connect.
2> If u can’t, try create a new connection with vista internet wizard,
3> If it’s not working again, check your network card drivers[ uninstall it again, try a file/registry cleaner tool, such like crap cleaner ]…
4> If you still can’t connect, open task manager and search a file that is, it’s virus or something like that
4.1> and, open your start up folder, search what programs are start on “start-up” then write them here.
5> If you can call/open a “windows system backup” return to old days, 1 week or 2 weeks
or,
use “hijackthis” tool and give us some screenshot with hijackthis log…

no doubt its gonna be trend micro, i had similar problem when i installed zonealarm.

Try this from the command prompt
ipconfig /flushdns
