[SOLVED]WINDOWS ACCOUNT WIPED CLEAN!

August 6th, 2016

k right now my mind is ~ censored ~ BLOWN.
what i did before this happened:
1. The last time the computer was on, I closed the explorer.exe process tree(done a few times before, nothing bad happens)
2. I also closed agent.exe, which i rarely do because it usually dissapears before i can get it
i just started the computer and my windows account is totally wiped blank to the state where you have the windows tour icon in your taskbar. the only remnant of the account is my icon. i checked my documents, gone. i checked my sister’s account, and everything is fine. also, the rest of the files on the computer are fine. what should i do? im gonna do a system restore back to the most recent time, but i gotta check with you guys first. btw, none of my files are backed up. perhaps a reboot would work, but im scared.

Answer #1
Yea…System restore is a good idea..I hope you made a restore point…But to be on the safe side I will use a backup tool and do a backup image of the windows partition before using System restore…
Answer #2
