[SOLVED]Video editing

I was wondering is there any way to reverse mirrored video back to “normal”? (Videos from YouTube, since most of them are mirrored due to copyrights). Suggested program would be nice, since I already have the video downloaded in HD and I want to keep it that way (not to change it’s quality).

KMPlayer can mirror videos, flip and rotate in many different ways, look on the Video (Basic) menu when you right click on the window.
If you want to re-encode then AVISynth can easily rotate and flip video. FlipHorizontal, FlipVertical commands do as they suggest. Get AvsPMod and try it out for yourself to see how it looks. AVISynth isn’t a point and clicky application.

Freemake Video Converter is a point and click app. which allows you to flip horizontally which I think is what you need.
It has to transcode, I suppose, so quality may suffer, but worth a try,..

Thanks! Tried Freemake and it really does the job…though I am having some problems with the video while converting, but will try to fix that, not a big deal!

AVISynth is a very hands on approach, it’s far more flexible than any other video processing application because just about anything can be done with video. However most freeware such as MeGUI and some of the better shareware (Cinemacraft) encoding applications either use AVISynth as an encoding base or can use it. If you ever need anything more than basic image manipulation then AVISynth is the answer.
Opening the video with Directshowsource is probably the place to start with AVISynth even though it is generally not recommended. Then add any commands to manipulate the video afterwards.
There are thousands of different video filters available.
If you want to be more advanced with video then AVISynth is the answer. Check out Doom9 forum, but don’t mention warez or anything connected to it. Make sure you don’t give any indication of doing anything illegal.
