[SOLVED]Simple WinRAR question…

Hi,
I wanted to compress a movie file into 7 or 8 parts in which each is 100MB of size using WinRAR. How do I set this 100MB limit so that it automatically splits it into 8 parts?

also i would like to add
when compressing movies, use the “best” compression method there instead of normal
