[SOLVED]Safe to register my 360?

have opened many times but never messed around with or flashed. No warranty sticker. have bought several 6k accounts and have deleted stuff on it but license etc is still linked to console. have to provide my adress so they will be able to track me.
My xbox is broken thats why i want to register but its only an jasper arcade not worth getting into any trouble for. please help quick on line with xbox 360 support agent thanks

oh might as well just leave it then my xbox 360 suddenly has a broken hdmi port. think its faulty.thanks
