[SOLVED]Odd Windows Error

After I reformatted I have kept getting this error when simple double clicking any music file regardless of file extension.
It gives me this error:

If i just right click and press open with [winamp] then everything works fine.

did you try right clicking on it and changing the properties “Open with” to the player you normally use?

I fixed it.
What i did was Properties change it open with winamp to WMP
Then back to winamp
Now it works

hmm maybe a bad install then, try reinstalling, and did the install lag? it might be a problem with the ram too, i had a friend computer crash and the installation files were corrupt since one of his ram sticks were back but everything worked like a charm after he ripped that bad ram out.
