[SOLVED] Problem burning TinyXP ISO to CD
August 19th, 2013
The MD5 of the ISO is 27FE3EFA4849115FFB943AEC29C7E580
Here is an image of the ISO when it is opened:
http://i.lulzimg.com/34b874b636.jpg
For some reason it shows up as 3253 MB in powerISO, however, it said that it could be burned onto a CD and the computer I am installing it on does not have DVD drive. The ISO file is also less then 700 MB. Anyone know how to burn this properly? I have burned ISOs to disks before but I have never gotten this. Any help will be appreciated.
Right click on the ISO and select Properties. What size does it say it is?
I doubt PowerISO is wrong about the size. You will have to grab another version of TinyXP if you want to burn it to a CD. Otherwise, you could use a flash drive (4GB or greater) instead of a CD.
idk what your doing man, but just download a windows xp iso, burn it to cd with ultraiso, and install.

The ISO is less than 700 MB so it should fit to CD perfectly.

that’s because there’s 10 diff versions of XP on the ISO and the way it’s built it thinks there’s 10 copies of the same file when actually there’s only one copy of the file that can be accessed 10 diff ways
the above screen shot is the actual “size on disk” (691mb)
always gets an error
what error exactly ?
IMGburn
you using the “burn image” option ?
you try burning it @ a lower rate ? like 2x or 4x speed ?
install daemon tools mount the XP iso. then open nero and select copy CD
choose Source drive – your virtual drive (Daemon tools create)
choose destination drive – your DVD/CD Writer (Put Blank Disk)

Thanks this worked for me using copy function in PowerISO.
Thank you to everyone else who helped me.
