SOLVED: Need Help Making my desktop look like this

I would like to have my XP desktop look like this (except for the wallpaper). Please help. Thanks in advance.

all the stuff on the bottom is rainmeter forget the theme.. why not ask where you found the photo?

That’s Rainmeter with H.U.D. Vision theme.
The dock at the top could be RocketDock, Objectdock, or some other type of dock with text icons.

Whats wrong with the wallpaper? Its a Banksy =P You could prolly make similar text icons with this http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/marketplace/index.cfm?event=marketplace.offering&offeringid=10313&marketplaceid=1
