[SOLVED] iTunes has stopped working (iTunesCore.dll) 12.2.2

I tried EVERYTHING, i googled and all, i can’t seem to fix this.
Help ?

Edit: Solved it by resetting the iPhone back to Factory settings, thanks to a senior advisor.

Completely remove iTunes AND it’s components then reinstall it

Done it already, didn’t work.
Edit: I’ve also tried it on another PC, and crashes there with the same error as well.

Do you know how to completely remove iTunes and associated components? (coz many don’t)

I fear that this may be an Apple’s fault. Maybe this is a new update and they messed something. You could try installing an older version to try this hypothesis.

I tried installing 12.1.x and still error…
this only happens when i connect my iphone to the PC, otherwise itunes works normally.
