[SOLVED] Converting legal iTunes music into someting else

So, I’m searching for a program to convert my legaly bought iTunes music into something I can upload and others can play on their pc. There are some dutch artist that produce good music, but it can’t be found on the internet. And I want to change that^^
I tried google, but the only method I found is burning them too a cd and ripping that as mp3. That’s pretty time-consuming so I was wondering if there was an other way of doing it..
